This store always disappoints. I have officially learned my lesson. Do NOT order here unless you want 1 1/2 old pizza or in tonight's case, no pizza at all. I ordered a pizza at 8:50pm. Said it would be ready at 9:30pm. 9:50pm nothing. So I call the store. After putting me on hold like 10 mins they say we can have the pizza to you in 15 minutes. I ask for a manager. He says we don't have to pay and he will send the driver out with the pizza. This was at 10:05ish. It's 10:30 and no pizza. I mean seriously??? The sad thing is, this isn't the first time this happened! Last time we were given a credit and told they were under new management and staffing so we gave them another chance.

This location always has good food but also seems to have a lot of problems. We have placed pick up orders 3 different times and then walk in and they say they never got the order. Plus if you call they will not deliver to our house you have to order online to get delivery to my house

I asked for a full refund because this is what was delivered to me. The mgr asked if I checked before the delivery man left and why did I eat a piece. I ask him if he checked it before it left the store. He replied no it is not his responsibility to check each pizza. In the past all my pizzas had a inspected by mgr sticker. I have ordered from this location for years and never returned one. Today I had to agrue for a refund because I didn't inspect the order and "ate" one slice. No applogy. Sad!!

They need more people but this young women in the front right now is running around doing EVERYTHING she can!
