Plumber arrived quickly, had a professional appearance, was personable and displayed a thorough knowledge of his job.  He provided an accurate estimate of the final cost and stuck with that estimate.  Overall, a very good experience during a frustrating situation.  The only place for improvement, and this is very small, is that the dispatcher had told me that the plumber would call me a half hour in advance of arrival.  He arrived without a prior call.  It was no problem because I was home all day anyway but if they could assure a prior call, the experience would have been perfect.  I would still recommend this company anytime.  I would just advise that the dispatcher assure a prior call.

Plumbing Nerds installed a water purification system and repaired several plumbing problems. From the friendliest and knowledgeable call taker, Brittany, to the personable owner, John, who knew exactly what we needed and provided invaluable advice to the plumbing nerds, Rick, Stanley and Brat, whose work was neat, clean, and expert, they all exceeded our expectations. We shopped around before hiring Plumbing Nerds and they provided the best value and the result was outstanding. Thank you.

This was my first experience with Plumbing Nerds and it was great. Brett is a really nice guy and very thorough in his analysis of the issue we had. What a really great experience. I hope it continues. I expect it will. 5 Stars.

To give them some credit, they are professional on the phone and didn't charge for the quote itself. That's about where the positives end.

It is unconscionable to charge $155 for a 5 minute job. I'm a trained IT professional. People call me on service calls all the time. If it involved just a few minutes of my time, I typically don't even charge anything in hopes of building reputation. This company, however, seems too greedy for money with a quote that high.

Last time I needed an installation like this, I called a handyman and he did an excellent job and charged $25. If only I could locate his information again.

Word to the wise, on small jobs, don't call these shysters.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with the Plumbing Nerds.
My service started when I emailed a request for service to their Bonita Springs location.
The email was promptly responded to the next day with Nate asking a few clarifying questions about my request.
We agreed to have a service technician come by to assess the work & so he could provide a cost estimate.  This visit occurred within a few days of my email, very timely!
Abel is the plumber/estimator that cam by.  I appreciated that he called me 30 minutes before the appointment to say he was in route, and he arrived per our agreed upon schedule.
He inspected a shower/bath valve & cartridge as this shower was not providing hot water.
Able explained what he thought he would find when he took the assembly apart.
He provided two options that might occur, a relatively easy, 
1) inexpensive fix that included replacing a defective cartridge, and 
2) a more complicated fix that would require the removal of both the cartridge & the water supply valve, which would be more time consuming, require additional parts be more expensive.
I was very happy what he told me he was able to remove the cartridge and replace it!
He did this work in a timely manner, cleaned up the bathroom allowed me to pay using a credit card and provided an electronic receipt immediately.
Overall this experience included exceptional technical expertise, customer service and integrity with regard to the schedule and cost of the work, I would call them again for any future plumbing needs!
