I will never go to this place ever again!! Its so ghetto and the staff are rude. We went it and the girl with pink hair was lazy and didn't explain anything about the prices just brought up a tab and well add everything up when done. We came in with 9 people. Her manager was there as well and didn't help explain anything when we asked questions. So we finish our game. And when it comes down to pay they explain half ass. For how much we paid we should have had  better service then that. I told them they need to exlpain more and be more professional. They said " where not a call center".  So with that attitude will go and take our service else where that is worth the pay and better staff who knows how to manage a place!!!

The Pros: The employees are very courteous and friendly. There is no wait for an open lane on a Saturday night.

The Cons: The shoes are paper thin, falling apart, and sticky. The lanes are sticky. The approach is sticky. The food is cold. The fountain drinks are watered down.

We had started our game when a couple of date-night bowlers took up on the lane adjacent to ours. They started using the same house balls that we were using, causing major delays in the games. The ball return would go several cycles before all the balls would come back. There were even a couple of times when our balls were returned on a different pair of lanes. The adjacent bowlers would just walk up and do their thing, not caring if one of us was already on the approach or not. It seemed they didn't know the etiquette of the game at all. So we kind of jokingly explained that they should wait if someone next to them was already in a frame, but they just kept cutting in. We couldn't take it any more so, we called it a night.

Don't spend your money here. Don't use your own equipment here. Two people, two drinks, chili cheese fries, two games each, and shoes for $50+. Never again.

I usually don’t like bowling, but this was fun! When we brought in a big group of people, Brunswick was more than accommodating! Shout out to Ari being there and dealing with us and our loudness and obnoxiousness! She was super helpful and friendly and just made the extra experience that much more enjoyable!!!

A pretty substantial amount of money was found in the game room by someone in my party. We turned it in honestly and made the manager on duty aware however I believe they kept it!

Went cosmic bowling with a few friends. Alley was pretty clean (process of cleaning since they were closing.)  Food was hot, drinks from the bar were a little slow BUT tasty...
