Paid $15 per person. Went with my family including some children.  Everything was fine until the couple bowling next to us invited about 8 more people. All super ghetto gangsters by the way.  Everyone was crowding over into our lane. We asked nicely for them to move over and not block our space. They ignored us and continued standing in front of us not even allowing us to see our lane. We went over to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do about the situation. Nothing was done. My sister asked one of the guys to please move over as he kept bumping into her and he simply threw up a gang sign in her face and laughed. It came off as a threat so again we went over to the front desk and asked to be moved to another lane. Nothing was done. All we kept hearing was “yeah in 5 minutes we will move you” Nothing was done and things quickly escalated when the entire group of gang members got loud and in our faces when they saw us complaining. Instead of watching out for the safety of Kids and family, the manager decided to kick all of us out. We grabbed our things and left. However the other group never even left the building. Clearly things were in their favor. Stay away from this place. Horrible service, over priced, dirty, and clearly ghetto.

My dad and uncle have bowling league night here every Wednesday. Everyone is so friendly and the staff has improved greatly from the past. They're making progress, I'd say give em a chance.

So apparently even if you are over the age of 21, if your ID is ‘vertical’ you have a ‘fake’ and can’t drink. I am 24, with a VA ID, my friend is 26 with a NC ID, and my other friend is 25 with a VA ID. In these states your ID is vertical 10 years after you turn 21. None of us were causing a scene, none of us were belligerent, all we wanted to do was enjoy a pitcher of beer and bowl. We were made to look like we were sneaking, we were embarrassed in front of customers and asked to leave because our LEGAL ID’s were seen as ‘fake’ then we were asked to apologize to the ignorant bartender who wouldn’t even let us speak for ourselves before telling her manager we were ‘under age’ even though none of us are. We were apologized to by a nice woman who told us the bartender was not the manager but then the manager yelled at us and told us to aplogize her rude bartender because she took her word over ours without even speaking with us. I didn’t realize this establishment was run by unfit 13 year olds. Your liquor lisence was never in jeopardy, assholes....lanes a little greasy, Chicken tenders 5 stars though.

We called, Jessenia answered, we asked if a lane is available. She said yes we just had a few families leave. We take an 15 minute uber ride. Jessenia is at the counter, we ask what lane would be available, she replies we're booked. We asked how long she thought the wait would be, she said I dont know she will grab us at the bar when a lane is ready. My friends went to the bar. Out of curiosity I stuck around to find she had three lanes available, and simply gave them to the people that were in line behind us. One after another. Clearly she was picking favorites. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and went to the bar, we wait an hour, before we came back out. She now tells us, I dont have time to keep track and get you guys when a lanes ready. I asked again, so really we were never going to get a lane right, should we just leave your home then? She said yes. That said, visitors be aware, be sure to dress and look the South Federal part as Jessenia does so well. Clearly shes trying to keep her establishment as hood has she can. Be sure to ask her by name, I'm sure she'll take care of you, service is her priority.

If you looking fo have a good time don’t come here !!! They use cheap Lysol on the shoes & that doesn’t protect you against fungus etc , they have a bad attitude the balls get stuck  . Waste of money & time .
