I couldn’t help but write a review! I understand that I reserved the lane last minute, however that doesn’t give the right for our servers and bartenders to be disrespectful and focus on other parties other than my own. I was super disappointed with how our servers reacted to our dissatisfaction to their service (because in all honesty, there was no service, both lane servers focused on setting up for a larger party than actually giving us the time of day, our drink order took over 30 minutes to get to our table). To make matters worse, I told our server that it was my roommates birthday, yet that had no importance to her... she just focused on the party coming in after us..... 

Literally, extremely content with Julius, the manager, for his concerns and trying to make our experience better! I must say, if it wasn’t for you, everything would be a waste! I totally appreciate your help and will definitely be coming back for a better experience. 

However, if I see my past server, who did not care for anything, or the one with the awful, not taken care of hair, I will gladly ask them to leave and ask for a better server. Case closed.... You don’t deserve my business unless you’re actually willing to do your job. Just saying. You ladies need a reality check...

Tried to reserve 3 lanes a week and a half early for a party of 15. CALLED 5 TIMES trying to. Was told someone would have to call me back each time. No one did. Finally got a hold this one person that can reserve lanes just a few days before I needed them...and of course they weren't available because it took so long. Her response was that I should have called earlier! I already told her I did...but no one would call me back when I was told someone would have to! She obviously wasn't listening. No apology...nothing.

I'm rating a two because the food and $2 bowling are good. Twice I opened a tab and told the waitress I would pay cash, and they still swipe my card for some reason. One waitress even thought that I was tipping her the full amount of the check in cash and paying the bill with card! The bill was over $50. On my bank statement it shows separate charges every time I ordered. How is that opening a tab? Seems like they swipe your card for each drink, even after telling them I would pay cash. I'll never make that mistake again. Double check your card before you leave. Otherwise, good luck getting the manager to call you back.

The highlight of my time in this establishment was right at the front of the door this Kira greeted me and helped me with some reservation issues that I had with Lucky Strike. She provided amazing costumer service and although the other wait staff was not amicable and the food was not good her friendliness made my night. Although she did get upset because I saw her doing her homework and ask what n! was and she said a factorial, and I asked what a factorial was and she got mad for some reason. However, all in all, it was a great experience.

We were so excited to find this place as it seemed like a great concept ... we ordered a couple drinks... went outside for a little bit... came back in to order food... waited 30 mins for someone you check on us... finally decided we were going to just pay our tab and leave.  Walked up to the bar waited another 15 minutes to even be acknowledged... we almost walked out without paying as no one even started us a tab in the first place.
