I was highly recommended to come to Brutus by my roommate. Ralph was so great to me, I needed to get a car inspection for a used car that I was going to be potentially buying and Ralph answered so many of my questions patiently and thoroughly. The private party who was selling their car to me was not very trustworthy, had many red flags and Ralph helped me identify those and also told me to walk away from the deal so I wouldn't waste money on a car and also on an inspection. This really was a great sign, seeing he could've charged me for the inspection and not cared that the private party was trying to take advantage of me. Recommend this place to anyone who may not know much about cars or college students! They are honest and EXTREMELY helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

Client for 8 years. Your safety is their number on priority. I have always gotten honest advice and quality work. I will not go anywhere else. My family members now use them and have received the same great service.

Had a dead car & was able to get in first thing today for a new battery install before the BIG STORM! In & out! In the past I've had many oil changes, inspections, new tires put on, new brakes, and the list goes on! The team at Brutus is amazing! I've been going to Ralph and his team for about 3 years now and have had a great experience every time! Thank you so much for being so reliable!!

I wanted to take a moment as the owner of this company to respond to the negative review written by Thomas. I would typically never do anything like this and respond but as I strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction upon completion of the work and value my reputation in the community I felt it necessary. It is very disheartening to have someone who has NEVER been our customer (we keep a detailed data base) write a review. I believe that this is an auto salesman who was trying to sell a used vehicle to a customer of mine. The customer brought the vehicle to the shop for us to inspect before purchasing. This gentlemen was supposedly the one and only owner of this vehicle but could not answer simple questions regarding the car such as who did the timing belt (was unable to provide any maintenance records), who tinted the windows, who went to the college that was stickered on the car and who was a member of the United States Marines (also stickered on the vehicle). Ultimately in the end the customer decided to pass on the vehicle as they were not comfortable with the transaction. I will always stand by my customer and will always be truthful and honest. I have never made a customer with an appointment wait over 1 1/2 hours to be brought in and have NEVER closed the blind. I ALWAYS invite my customers back into the bay to look for themselves, take pictures and ask any questions they may have (and in this circumstance did the same as both the seller and potential buyer came back) . I have been a proud business owner for over 17 years and value each and every customer. I have some of the best customers around.
