Switched to Bryan and State Farm about a year ago for my Santa Fe area home and auton insurance, and it was an excellent decision. I’ve never had an insurance agent who actually took the time to educate me about my insurance options before. I’ve only had purely transactional insurance relationships before...i used to be hard-pressed to even remember my insurance agents name before. Bryan is a much more active agent who really cares about getting to know his clients, and helping me make smarter decisions about my insurance. As it turns out, I was way underinsured and exposed to major risk in personal liability. Bryan helped me correct this and still saved me money. Also, I had a major auto hail damage claim, and Bryan took excellent care of me, working closely with the repair shop (CJ Collision, who also deserves a shout out) to make sure everything was repaired to 100% satisfaction. Overall, I can’t recommend Bryan enough. Great dude and a professional staff.

I Highly recommend Bryan Doerner and his staff at State Farm Insurance in Santa Fe. They are very attentive and caring for my insurance needs and anytime I have called with questions or needs his immediate response is impeccable!!! Bryan saved me more than a couple hundred dollars in less than 15 minutes. I am so glad to have found him as my insurance agent. I am a very happy customer for sure!

Bryan is great at what he does! He looks out for your best interests and doesn't try to sell you policies you don't need. As a real estate investor I was always worried about whether or not I was properly protected, not only for my real estate but also from possible litigation involving my tenants. Bryan evaluated my policies and set me on the right track to appropriate coverage and peace of mind!

Bryan is VERY thorough with everything he does. He makes sure that his customers are taken care of and that their needs are met. His customer service is outstanding. He is definitely an agent that truly loves what he does and helping people. I would highly recommend him!
