of us, my 2 children and myself.  We were seated quickly but waited more then 30 minutes before a manager arrived and took our order. The order arrived but was missing 2 of 3 orders.  So the children shared the food that did arrive, and I ate some bread. I also never got my drink. Eventually a young lady introduced herself as our waitress, and when I told her the order was wrong, and I never got my drink. I still never got my drink.  We have been to the Universal City Walk location several times and always love that one. We ended up going to Downtown Disney for food and drinks, and we had a good time. Staffing problems here, even though they have several people walking introducing themselves as managers.

We liked Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant.  We are big fans of the movie and enjoyed looking at details of how the special effects were done.  I enjoyed the Coconut Shrimp and was pleased that it was succulent, flavorful and not over cooked. There is an art to cooking shrimp and this restaurant has had lots of practice. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. It was a good choice for lunch of the many restaurants in the area.

This is the 3rd Bubba Gump that my wife and I have been to. We have also been to the one in Daytona Beach FL and another one which I can't remember where.

The service at this location was outstanding, prompt, and courteous. We went at 1530 in the afternoon and there was no wait on a Saturday. 

The food is the reason I give this 3 stars. First my wife always orders the shrimp Mac and cheese. It was smaller then any of the locations we visited previously. Maybe the company has changed portion sizes since the last time we went. Finally I ordered a shrimp pot. The shrimp was OLD. We could tell by the texture. My wife and I both ate some and about 30 minutes after the meal both our stomachs were roiling. Fortunately she has better stomach fortitude then me and didn't lose her dinner. I did.

Good food had two cups of gumbo, more than decent. Wish it was in downtown Disney tho. Good service as well. Give em a try especially if you like shrimp.

we had to wait 20 minutes for a waiter it wasn't even our waiter. the fries were horrible they tasted so bad. my little brother had his fidget spinners laying out on the table and a very nice waiter who picked one up balanced it on his nose. that was about the best part of the meal.
