I love IHOP.... however this experience was different. We were seated right away and our waiter at first was amazing (Maria) she then told us that unfortunately they were switching her and someone else would take over. Then things went downhill. We were never greeted but our new waitress. She/He never came to check on us. After receiving a $95 bill for 5 people (in new Mexico its about half that) we decided to speak with the manager (again in new Mexico the managers are always asking how we are and on the floor) manager took forever to come speak with us so we decided to pay and leave. She caught us as we were about to leave the restraunt we told her our feedback she did apologize and said she would address some things. Hopefully she does, we would hate to see someone else not attended the way they should be. Also the place smells awful! We came to spend a couple days at Disney land, this was a bad start to our day.

Very friendly atmosphere people are very helpful and nice Chris was a great server. Plenty of good food. Took a bit for refills but overall great

I suppose it's odd to be writing a review about IHOP, considering the food is identical to every other IHOP in the country. In that situation, service makes the difference. I had the displeasure of being a tour group that insisted on visiting this location on two different days. The staff isn't overtly rude, but they simply don't care. Service is slow, good luck trying to get a waiter's attention, and it doesn't matter because tons of tourists will flow through the door anyway. Prices are also higher then you're likely used to for IHOP, but that's to be expected considering the location.

Not impresses, very over priced. I know it is near Disneyland, but 4 1/2 people eating breakfast for $74 is outrageous.

The food was fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. We waited and watched everyone who sat down after us get their food while we had nothing. When we asked our server how much longer our food was going to be, miraculously, she came right back with it, leading me to believe, it had been ready to serve for quite some time. Then there is the matter of price. It is easily twice as expensive as any other ihop I have ever been to. My wife and our 3 kids cost almost $70, and that was the cheaper of the options. I feel like $10 for a kids meal without a drink is a bit ridiculous. We will not be returning.
