We enjoy coming over to Fire and Ice. The staff is great courteous friendly and the manager Alex is an awesome manager. Always walking around to ensure that the clients are being taken care of. The cooks put on a show that is worth watching. The food is also great and filling.

NOTHING is fresh (produce and meat) and you can SEE it. Food taste bad. Service is TERRIBLE. These other reviewers are probably endorsed and fake. This place is so bad at keeping it clean... Expect drunk people who don't know what food tastes like because they'll just throw it up. It's hard for an-all-you-can-eat to taste bad, especially if you choose your own food. But we tried alot of combinations, so without fresh ingredients, you can't have good food. Sorry, not sorry this review will maybe help improve the restaurant. AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTS!

The food was great with quite a few options for great food. Everything was tasty and enjoyed by my entire group. I would absolutely come back here. Make sure that you get her before around 7:30 because the restaurant really begins to fill up and the lines get very long around then.

Walked in, service right off the bat was mediocre. Lady barely explained the procedure, however it was obvious, so we managed. She checked on us only once. Tables, menus, and walls were all dirty. Smudges and sticky. Just gross. Assortments of meat and veggies was ok, sauces were too, but weird. Weird tasting. Just meh. Salad bar was pretty basic and that = boring. There was ONE soup and it was chicken noodle. Like who honestly cares about chicken noodle? Rolls were obviously old, previously frozen and could be used as shoes they were so tough. Loud, unorganized atmosphere. Chefs were talking to friends or not at all, no showmanship. For 40 dollars it was just NOT worth it at all. Your money would be better spent at a nice place or a cheaper buffet! Really!

The food here is amazing and you get to enjoy the show while they cook your food. There are many food options including salads and soups. They also make special accommodations for people with seafood allergies. I would definitely recommend this place.
