I have been using Bubbles for years and completely trust them with my dogs.  They are always very professional, accommodating and truly care about their clients, the dogs.  I would recommend Bubbles to my family and friends.

I feel strongly in writing this review to warn other pet lovers of this horrible experience my dog endured while I entrusted Bubbles to take are of him while we were out of town.  I took my dog for boarding at Bubbles several months ago. I was very upset and disappointed with the service that they provided my pet with.   We were supposed to return and pick up our dog on a Wednesday morning but instead our trip was cut short and we were on our way to pick up our pet on Tuesday afternoon instead. We called Bubbles and inormed them and they stated that they would prefer that we pick him up the next day or at least give them time to bathe him.  I told her that it was fine, I missed him soooo much and that I would bathe him, that would not be a problem.  Well, we were so shocked once we picked him up to find him with 21 ticks on him and his ear was so red where they had removed several more from his ear prior to us getting there. The owner stated that her back yard was infested with ticks and that she was sorry that had happened.   I wold NEVER NEVER take my dog and recommend that noone takes their pets to be boarded with Bubbles.  I wish they would close their doors and my dog did not deserve to go through the days he went through with ticks all over his little body.  Needless to say, I was and still am very  upset over their neglect of my dog.  I actually paid for them to hurt my pet.
