Took my GShep. For the works, shampoo nails/claws clipped etc. Very friendly and experienced staff. I took some time to use a few coupons in the store and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The prices are pretty high but with the coupons, the prices were fair.

Employees dont like to work, whenever I've needed help there's no one around. It's mostly the women that work there that give bad customer service. Last time I went I was walking around the store to find someone to help me, when I finally found someone she was walking towards me, made eye contact, and she knew I was looking at her, and when I started to ask her for help she ignored me, turned to her right and she went to go hide because I wasn't able to find her. Then after I found another person I called out to her if she could help me and the same thing, she ignored me and went to go hide. It's not the first time this has happened, or the second or third, this has happened a lot. They need to talk to the employees and teach them more about customer service. When someone else finally helps me they are always really nice, but it's ridiculous that it takes 15-30 minutes to find a employee.
