Bubbles Wine Bar in downtown Morgan Hill focuses on select California wines paired with organic local cuisine.

Story

More than a decade has passed since the Bubbles building served as a local branch bank. The original bank vault, with its intricate mechanical locking door, reveals its origins. That safe has become the “wine vault,” where customers go inside to shop for their bottle of wine, for the table or for home.

As an extension of the agribusiness community, Bubbles celebrates the wines of Central and Northern California while offering local organic cuisine in the form of enjoyable delectable small plates, antipasti, flatbreads and artisan plates. Our menu includes peaches from Andy’s Orchard, strawberries from George Chiala Farms, tomatoes from LJB Farms and heirloom tomatoes from Mike Cox.

Wine Bar with Local Organic Food Pairings:
Stop by for a wonderful glass of wine, a light dinner before going to the Community Center Playhouse across the street or explore a flight before walking to dinner at one of Morgan Hill’s fine dining establishments.

Wines at Retail Pricing:
We will offer exclusive wines from Northern and Central California as well as unique International wines from select wine growing regions that are not offered at other retail establishments in the area. Bubbles is a fun place to experiment. Try something new. One glass at a time, or with a flight of similar varieties to find the ones that you like best.

Winemaker Events and Parties:
We host winemaker events with tastings and local organic food pairings, Community Playhouse dinners, weeknight theme events and private parties. With seating of about 50-75 and ample parking, Bubbles can accommodate exclusive events and private parties in an inviting atmosphere at a reasonable price.
