I go to Rachel every time because she is amazing but I also just love this salon. It's always super busy, all the hair stylists are nice, and there is never hair lying around. They are all very clean and a cut+blow-dry is reasonably priced

Awful expressions ever, even though I told her that I have treatment conditioner on she kept working on my hair.since she is the professional I did not want to tell her how to do her job but She ended up saying "oh you should have washed your hair..." I do better job than her.... despite my desapontment they decided to charge me $70.00. Came home and washed it and did my hair my self. I forgot the stylist name , but starts with H.

My hair looks and feels wonderful. My stylist is amazing she takes her time explains every detail that helps me make an informed decision. I'm very impressed with this salon as a whole! So much so that I'm bringing my best friend here for her birthday makeover! Thank you Jackie! Can't wait for you to make her day! Susan

The stylist did a good job, she was very helpful in decided a cut and color.

If you have natural unprocessed with relaxer chemicals I DO NOT recommend this salon. The stylist I had (I will update with her name in a few) kept trying to push me to get a relaxer, the blow out was horrible, my trim was even worse and (with the weather being cool in the 70's) when I walked to Chipolte and back to my car- my hair was a frizzy mess!? I went back in to only recieve a $40 credit bc the I had to pay for my horrible cut which was only supposed to be a trim!? I am beyond upset. My husband and I had to reschedule our family photo session and I have to go to work with my hair looking like anyone off the street did it!? The only thing i can do at this point is to put it in a unity braid. I'm not going back. Poor, poor avenue to take when "trying" to fix it. .. a $40 credit when I spent over $100?! My stylists rushed through my hair and kept reminding me about her other appointment?!? Very displeased with the service and customer care I recieved this afternoon. I have been to the Bubbles in Wheaton and in Towson and I have never encountered this type of service.
