Went in on a whim last night to get a couple inches chopped off, and Charlene was great! She made me feel comfortable, and took time and care to cut, blow dry and style my hair perfectly. Will definitely be going back to her again!

The only person in that shop I will every let near my hair is the stylist Charlene. She is so professional and has great customer service. I had no clue what I wanted or need done to my hair but she made it super simple for me and I loved my hair after I was done. Me and my mother will be coming back to see her and to see sweet Karen too.

This has got to be the worst Hair cuttery location I have ever been too. I went to get my haircut and was told it would be 25-30mins so I waited. 45minutes later I still see 4 people in front of me waiting to be cut. The man "Eduardo" at the front desk says you could just come back later or wait for another 45mins. Furthermore, on the Haircuttery website, it lists a check-in option, a wait time and even says that you can call to make an appointment with a specific stylist. When I called, a hair stylist named Cong answered and very rudely told me to come in when I want (wouldn't tell me if there is a wait time) and that she doesn't take appointments. I have been cut by her in the past and it was a terrible experience. Not only was the haircut bad but she was rude the whole time. She even said "You don't know what kind of haircut you want so how do you expect me to cut it well". Never going here again. It's a shame because it used to be so nice when they had a stylist/manager named Kania.
