You could go thirty times and never have the same person twice cut your hair. It's a roll of the dice every time you sit in the chair and most of the time the house wins! I've had bad experiences here before but tonight was the final straw! I asked for a low fade and got a no guard high and tight. Then to top it off the lady thought it would be a great idea to square out my hair line (something I didn't ask for) on only half of my head which i guess is fine if a just walk with my head kinked to the side for the next month. She literally pushed my hairline back a full half inch on one side and did nothing to the other side. Trying to explain the issue was like pulling teeth considering she could barely speak English! She was unable to work the register and don't know how to apply a military discount. She ended up just throwing out a number which was to dollars higher than I typically pay. I will never ever return to this location and will be wearing a hat for the next month straight!

The staff is nice but the only competent stylist is Teresa who isn't always available. They routinely mess up easy haircuts and concepts, like a level 1 to 3 fade, etc. Furthermore, the sign up sheet is another way of saying, we will talk to you when we have to... for now just wait. This place needs a lot of work.

Took my son for a haircut and it was the best experience we have ever had! We will be back.
