I picked up my uniform and asked the lady if she could do creases on my sleeves. Something that would have only took a few short minutes. The lady said she would charge me for the creases, and stated that she would also have to turn the machine on. She acted like I was inconveniencing her and it would take so much effort to put the creases in. I told her to nevermind. As a first time customer, I was unhappy with her customer service. This will be the last time.
