I love all my trips there. Have never had a bad experience.  Take all my family there when they visit. Its like going to an amusement park!  Its in an area off the highway and you can easily see it. Staff is friendly.  They offer free fudge samples as well as jerky. The turkey in the center deli is awesome!!

Great place, plenty of gas pumps, and no wait in the bathroom. Staff is friendly cheerful helpful all around great. I can hold it. Can you. Till Buc-ee's.

A trucker pulled into the parking lot obviously in distress, and is greeted by a young man who is yelling get that truck off the property, I am trying to make a purchase and have to see this appalling scene. A female manager and the male manager completely humilate the trucker as they both point fingers and shout at him to get off the property. What if he was sick? They didn't care. Thumbs down on Waller Bucee's.

Came here with my family and everything was great in the store. After buying some food inside we drove to the outer edge of the parking lot and parked to eat and get in our ice chests in the back of our SUV. My wife noticed a smell like someone was smoking weed and brought it to my attention where I observed the same smell. We both noticed 2 buc-ee's employees in a vehicle who appeared to be smoking weed. I thought with buc-ee's strict back ground checks they would have a higher class of employees but obviously they are severely lacking on doing drug tests of their employees. My family and myself will not be back there again. I am really disappointed as I've always felt this is one of the most family friendly gas stations I had ever been to. I hope that someone from upper management sees this review and starts implementing drug testing there.
