My family tried to dine at this restaurant tonight for the first time. We decided to try it after my husband got a $25 gift card for his birthday in the mail. When we entered the restaurant I saw two people get seated right away in the dining area. We stood close to the register where three workers talking to each other and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. I thought we just needed to wait a minute for  a server to come back and seat us. But then after we waited for about five minutes another couple came into the restaurant,  and one of the workers behind the counter asked them if they were dining in. My husband immediately replied we were here first. The worker responded by saying I thought you had reservations and said that they had an hour and a half wait and said sorry. I said that was kind of rude, and felt that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Especially since it wasn’t so busy at that time, as we were the only people in the lobby waiting, and the three workers at the register were only conversing with each other. I will probably try not to go back to place again, as I see there are other bad reviews, but hopefully the restaurant will find a way to at least improve its customer service.

The salad was delicious. But shouldn’t it be for $17.99? Then the chicken Marsala??? 3 small partial chicken breasts with a few mushrooms and sweet liquid sauce to f Ed 2-3 people. Our bill was over $50.00 and we left Hungary. Too bad you have to order noodles as a cheap filler to not leave there hungry.

Had a wonderful first experience! The portions were large and very delicious, and the staff was fantastic.  I even forgot my purse tonight, and the staff was kind enough to keep it safe and stick around so I could come back for it after close. Special shout out to my waitress tonight  (blonde gal,  very pretty but i forgot her name), manager Patrick,  Josie* and Joe for helping me out tonight! I'll definitely be back in the future, and I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food at Buca di Beppo is great, however I was NOT impressed with the service from the location lately. 

Last week I placed an online order for the chicken rigatoni and brought home a pasta that had sausage in it as well. I double checked the receipt to see if I made an error on my order, but resulted in an error from this location. 

Secondly when I came in the pick up my order, I waited behind the pick up counter for at least 10 minutes before someone was behind it to serve me. 

And then a third experience tonight I was trying to dine in with some friends. We were one of the first ones in the lobby and the hostess stated that we would be first grab the next open table. We found that many people called to make a reservation and resulted in us to NOT to get seated. We waited for over 25 minutes and literally watched people who recently called get priority even though we walked into the building first. We eventually left after waiting around. Poor customer service and will be checking out a different location for service next time.

I'm not quite sure why but, this place feels like it's not part of disappointing society. 

We got a few dishes, spaghetti and meatballs, shrimp Florentine, and stuffed shells. All were good (I really liked the shells stuffing).

Many words I could use to try and describe but it is something you should experience. We could not finish it all.

Recommending to anyone who wants a good experience meaning good food!
