So I go here often cause I work down the road and I don't complain often but I ask for mustard and I don't get it and the last time I only got part of my ingredients in my sandwich that it is supposed to come with. I'm always friendly to them but I find that a couple of the drive through people have attitudes and aren't friendly at all back. It's not that hard to say hello, thank you, or smile.

I love getting lunch from Jimmy John's in Maple Grove.  When I call they know who I am and where I want the food delivered.  They are quick but they don't rush me in making my order.  The food is always consistently good and the order is always correct.

I live 1.3 miles away from this location.  I have had sandwiches delivered many times before.  Called to order, as online says they don't deliver.  When the employee asked his manager if they could deliver, his response was, "Not on my watch."

So unfortunate.  Customer service means everything.  Lost my business.
