Told it would take 10 minutes to get a table (inside) or 20 minutes (outside), despite a cleared table outside. Ended up waiting 5 minutes while the GM cleaned off a different table. Finally got seated with only 2 place settings (3 were in our party). Ordered food, received bread (which was good), but didn't see waitress again until end of the meal. Food was okay, despite being told everything was made from scratch - a bit pricey for food that didn't WOW anyone in the party. Took 5 minutes from receiving my food to get silverware (so about 30 - 45 minutes after we were seated); this also happened to neighboring tables, and after I received my silverware, I informed the table next to us that they should try to get some BEFORE their food arrived. Waitress seemed frazzled at time to pay the bill. Not sure if she was working both inside and out, but we were never offered a refill of drinks. Definitely won't be coming back in the future.

Decided on a late dinner at the marina and choose Bucci's. We asked the hostess what time they closed, she replied 10 pm. Perfect because it was 9:10. She asked if we wanted to be seated in or out and we requested in mainly because of the GALE FORCE winds. She basically rolled her eyes and said she would have to see if there was anything available inside. She finally showed us to a table in an empty dining room. Our server was nice enough but we could tell that she was ready to go home. She brought us some bread and informed us that we got the last piece of bread in the house...how tacky. At least wait until we asked for more! My husband ordered a beer and I finally had to get up and flag her down because she was very busy with her closing duties. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs which he said were okay, I had mussels linguine and it was horrible. But our server never returned to our table to ask how our meals were. We waited for our check for way to long and finally flagged the hostess down. She asked how our meal was and we said it was awful. Instead of dealing with the situation she sent our server over to hear our concerns. They ended up taking both of our entrees off our bill and only charged us for our drinks. If you don't want late diners just say the kitchen is closed! It was totally obvious we weren't welcome fron the start. Our bill ended up being 19.44 and when we checked our credit card they helped themselves to an extra 10 dollars!!! Seriously they just changed the amount after we put a line through the tip line and filled in the total! Our credit card company will handle that and we will eat elsewhere!

My family just ate dinner here this evening. It was the worst Italian food we've ever had. It took 15 to 20 minutes for our server to show up and ask what we wanted to drink. By that time, we had already looked over the menu and made our decisions, so we placed our food order when we gave her our drink order. Our waitress brought us bread and oil about 10 minutes later...the bread was the only good thing we had. Our food took almost an hour to come to the table, then my wife's food wasn't ready, so she had to sit and wait while the rest of us started eating. Our drinks were not kept filled, and we had to ask for more bread. The prices were expensive for all the more we got. My son had chicken parmesan and it was rubbery. My daughter and wife had eggplant Parmesan and both said the eggplant was wet and mushy, and the tomato sauce was horrible. I had the chicken Marsala...it didn't even taste like any chicken Marsala I've ever had, and I am Italian. We would've been better off going to Olive Garden than eating here. We are extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

Best bar on the island with hands on owners and fabulous harbour view. Doesn't get any better than this. A must visit.

Excellent food and great service. Food cooked to order. Pleasant atmosphere both inside or outside!
