They were not having a good evening. No one was working the counter. I even called their telephone and got no answer. As I was leaving I noticed two employees outside smoking. I called out to them and they said someone had just gone inside. I went back in and placed order. They gave me a discount to make up for poor service. That was appreciated but would rather have had good service.  First time I have had this happen at Popeyes. It won't stop me from going back because I love their chicken.

minute wait for our food (it was 8 at night)... at least 14 people got their food before us (and ordered after us), and then we Finally get home with our food and realize 3 items missing. What we did get was very good, and I would go again, but not if we were in any kind of hurry like we were this time with groceries in the car.

Chicken was hot and fresh, cashier at window was nice as always. The chicken just taste blan. No seasoning. Its like that there sometimes depending on who cooking. I get spicy sometimes just to make sure it has some seasoning on it.my co-worker Curtis refuse to go there.

Went on a slow day, two cars in drive thru... We were told to pull up and wait for chicken to finish, that's fine, love that idea. Then we were forgotten and three other cars went after us and an employee came out asking us why we were here, replied waiting on chicken to finish supposedly. She apologized, went back and we waited another ten-ish minutes (about 20min total now sitting at the curb), then were brought a VERY cold shrimp po-boy and the honey spicy chicken with no sauce on it... So basically just spicy chicken. I considered walking in and refilling the drink I had finished ten minutes ago, but nah, I'm never coming back here, so I'll go to the beach and forget this trip to get lunch and get some legit seafood for dinner :) not waste the day or beach time worrying about the poorly-staffed Popeye's.

Extremely long waits, close at 2000hrs, staff lose focus at 1930hrs. Never has enough mild chicken (thats nationwide). Boxes not labeled to identify spicy or mild.
