It hurts me to post a one star, not because of bucketfeet's business model or their stores' atmosphere. I love bucketfeet. I came last year ALL THE WAY FROM OHIO.  And had an amazing experience. Bought about 6 pairs of shoes. So excited and always talking about the business back home even showing friends and family the official website. My girlfriend and I came back to chicago memorial weekend and we love bucketfeet so much we made sure it was on our itinerary. We get to the small, but cozy store to walk in and the ONLY employee is sitting on the computer clearly on Facebook, did not even greet us. Was not aproable at all !! I had to ask HER ABOUT HER OWN PROMOTIONS FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND. I wish I could of got her name because I know her manager would be very upset using the COMPANY'S computer for personal use instead of helping paying customers. We were going to buy atleast 2 pairs of shoes today.. lost lifetime customers due to a ungrateful employee. Nothing against the company recommended TO ANYONE THE PRODUCT. Percentages of all PRODUCT sales goes back to the original artist. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because I do love bucketfeet.

Nice small store with friendly staff. Shoe selection could be larger, and the store​ seems like a popup that has stayed for a while longer than originally intended

Please hire employees that actually greet you and show you their inventory....not ones that feel the need to be on Facebook during working hours...on the work computer. Highly dissatisfied and won't return!

The shoes are so comfy and you can wash it in the washer. And so many designs.

Very small shoe store in the Block 37 complex, but their designs are amazing. They're constantly bringing in new artists to change things up. Their sales associates are very nice and helpful.
