The moment I knew this place existed I wanted to visit this store. I got excited by just looking at the entrance of this place. I entered the store through the Jordan side and a huge painting of Jordan caught my eye right away. It was awesome! There's a table that holds Jordan's signature too. The rustic walls of the store adds a great feel to the place. The other side of the store holds more brands. They also have some nice sneakers on the sale counter. Their service was amazing. Almost every staff member at the store made sure if I needed help. I also had a friendly conversation with one of their staff member. My first visit turned out to be so great that I ended up getting a Jordan t-shirt to remember my visit to Chicago.

I love and and appreciate how organized they are ESPECIALLY during new Jordan release. Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable. If you have paid them a visit, do so soon. You won’t be disappointed.

Everytime I have tried to call this store the phone rings busy for hours.  I am not sure if the number on the website has changed but it is the only number that comes up. By some chance if it does ring no one answer which sends you to a voicemail that kicks you out. Poor phone customer service for as much money as money husband spends there I feel customer service should be great  in person as well as on the phone. Not answering the phone purposely is bad customer service

My experience and review is as follows...for Christmas both of my nephews wanted Nike Air Jordan basketball shoes. One is 9 and the other is 7. Needless to say the options at many of the normal mall shoe stores were limited, both in terms of style and sizes as this was the week after Christmas. So we took the drive to downtown State street. When we arrived at the store we were all floored!!! Not only at the amount of Air Jordan's but also the different Air Jordan clothing lines they had. The shoes were expensive, for said 7 and 9 year old but I'm the best uncle in the world and it's what they asked for. I definitely recommend taking the drive if from the suburbs and the entire sales team was UNBELIEVABLY HELPFUL and COURTEOUS!!!
