Disappointed in the store on Michigan Ave in Chicago.  Their staff is not well trained on product.  In the past their staff was great at helping me find the perfect fit and insert.  Recently, by a shoe "specialist," I was persuaded to buy a poor fitted boot.  She told me they would stretch out.  I tried them out around my home.  I returned the boots the next day.  The store clerk told me they couldn't go up a size cause there was known available at the store. He and I came to the conclusion that's why she pushed the I'll fitted boot.

I was amazed that the retail associate had the same name as me, but that was the first of many wonderful experiences I had at this store.

Just exactly what the name states.... walking company. They have a great selection for both men and women that are outstanding walking shoes and many are stylish that you wouldn't know they were good for walking until you put them on your feet. They also have tools to exactly measure your feet and see what type of support and brands you should seek out. The only downside for me is that it is in Water Tower. As being a Chicago local I avoid the place.

Great store to get work shoes. I have a super long shift and i need to be on my feet all day so i need really good shoes.  even though the walking store can be on the more expensive side of shoes, they are super durable and all of them provide great arch support so my feet can power through the day!
