Terrible customer service, they do not answer the phone during business hours and they do not send email reminders of your appointment time and location, highly unacceptable for a company trying to earn your business and trust.

Unorganized at this location. I had a hard time finding the place. Called several times no answer. Once I finally found their office the receptionist said the don't know where their calls are going.. The biggest issue was their system was down so because of that they told me I needed to pay 120 for my visit. But on your first visit no services or procedures is performed so what am I paying for exactly . The receptionist stated "they get their money up front "....really or is it because you guys system was down..not our fault as clients. Waste of time I took off that day too
