The support staff was friendly which is why I'm even giving it a star. The ate doctor I saw was very arrogant and rude. Coming into the eye exam he joked about how nearsighted I am and continued to chastise me for not coming to see a retina specialist a long time ago....really. After giving a speech about how well qualified he is he then started to text saying that he had to finish something important. Since I apparently was not that important although I am the patient, paying for this visit which insurance does not fully cover. He roamed me with about 5 students in the room explains to them what he saw in terms i didn't understand, and when asked questions he babbled u medical jargon. I left knowing nothing more then when i came in and racked up over 100 worth of test that which a few were repeated from my referring optometrist.
