Staff was fantastic, helped me find exactly what I needed. I'm from out of town and was rushing to get clothes before I had to be somewhere. I normally shop at Buckle but this has been by far the best customer experience I've had in one of their stores.

I thought Buckle was supposed to have that reputation of not even allowing a customer to get through the store without being greeted. Contrary to that notion, I entered on a night that was extremely not busy and only had 5 customers total in the whole store, if that. I walked to the register and stood waiting for an associate and it took more than five minutes for one of them to even approach me even though each of them clearly saw me and was not urgently busy, two were just standing in the corner and chatting with each other, looking at me multiple times. No movement or effort was made to help me until they felt obligated to after happening to pass by me. Terribly poor service.
