Worst experience. Went to get my eyebrows waxed at this salon and I had to go back in because the women didn't even finish the service. I have two large burns on both eyebrows due to her lack of knowledge. The women was new to the salon but is a licensed cosmetologist and wasn't trained properly with their products...... no excuses! "A cosmetologist is trained to provide hair, skin and nail services to clients. The cosmetologist performs facials, makeup applications and body hair removal".  
If you go into a salon you shouldn't have a feeling that a professional is not competent. Professional cosmetologist's should stay up to date on how to do all services if practicing. I am upset because the facility should make sure that their stylists are able to perform every service no matter what! I don't appreciate that I was an experiment for this women she should be trained in school not out in the field.  Never will be going back for any services to this location. Extremely dissatisfied!!

NOT DOING ONLINE PICKUP AT THE STORE

I went to Westroads Mall in Omaha, NE to pickup an online order. I was helped by Sheila. She asked for the credit card that was used and she was ridiculous. I had given her two and it wasn’t those. When I got to the counter I told her I needed to look for the email and she seemed impatient and asked for my phone number as if she had better things to do. Once the two cards I have her weren’t it she said “ I’m going to have to ask for your license” in a tone as if she doubted I had  one. Trust me ignorant and unprofessional Sheila just because I look Brown doesn’t mean I’m undocument OR I don’t have a license. She must not have good credit for the bank to allow her to have many cards since she was so unprofessional when I gave her more cards. Maybe if she wouldn’t have been impatient when I said I was going to look for my email I wouldn’t have had to guess which card I used. It’s not like looking for an email takes long. Employers, there is NO excuse for this and it’s not like anything is done but “talk” to them. But at least you can think about this before saying you have a great team working.

Took my mother for a haircut today. I would not recommend the stylist we saw today. Melissa argued about the cut that my mother wanted.  Melissa told my mother that the cut she wanted wasn't a haircut that most people would get let alone a normal haircut. 
We ended up staying in the hopes she would cut it like asked.  Instead Melissa just gave the cut she wanted to do. We will not be back.

They have everything you need and more! And you can almost always find a coupon. Sephora is my favorite spot for makeup.
