I live 2 hours away and was wanting to make a trip to this store to pickup a handbag that my local store doesn't have in stock. I called to check the availability on the item. I was greeted on the phone by an employee in the department I needed to speak to. However, she was too busy to answer my question and told me to call back in 10 minutes. If you're too busy to answer the phone, then don't. Have someone else answer.

Staff at the jewelry counter was rude, didn't want to help me find something unless I was going to spend $1000 or more the lady practically walked away when I said my price range was around $300. Thinking about cancelling my card after that experience.

I worked at this location for two years. I think it's a pretty good store, tries too hard to get you in with the coupons (which, yes, we all know they don't work on most things, that's the point of them unfortunately). It really sucks that a lot of the vendors (Levi's, Under Armor, Polo, etc) have pulled themselves from the coupons, even when they used to work. They try to keep it clean and organized. I will say that it's ridiculously understaffed. There isn't a turnover problem: several of my ex-coworkers had been working for decades. They just don't have all the coverage they need. For instance, many nights I would close and have to cover my own department and the department right next to mine, which I wasn't even allowed to work in as it was intimates and I am a guy! If anyone had a question about intimates, I'd have to call a manager over. We never really had enough time to set the sales so sometimes we would open and the wrong prices would be advertised.

We were pushed very, very heavily to get people to apply for our credit card. We were actually rewarded for it, both with random gifts and money on the paycheck. We were basically required to not take "no" for an answer, even if it made us uncomfortable.

As for the coupons, it took me months to learn how to use them to the best of their ability, but once you do know how to combine them right (as long as you aren't using more than one coupon per item, you can use more than one coupon per transaction), you can get a heck of a good deal. I once got a $75 Michael Kors dress shirt for under $10 because of the coupons.
