I can't believe I'm still giving this place business. The fashion--looks amazing. The business needs alot of work. 2 weeks before Christmas I buy some shoes. They don't have the right size, so I pay them extra to two-day ship it to my house. It arrives 5 days later. The shoe doesn't fit, so I bring it back to the store. No problems exchanging it but they don't have that size either. So now I have to pay for shipping again. Box arrives and they sent me the wrong items. Call buckle guest services on a Thursday afternoon. There is no one available and I leave a message. Unless they have the exact item in the right size in store, skip this place. It's not worth the trouble.

Buckle placed an order for me, for a Steve Madden jacket - $96.00 jacket. It arrived at the Palm Desert, CA Buckle store last Tuesday and I picked it up on Sunday. The girl who assisted me, after looking it up in her system, went to the back and could not find jacket. She came back and told me she could not find it. Looked it up again and now she and her supervisor went to look for it. This took maybe 15/20 minutes, and finally supervisor came out with it. She states it was in the lay away section, but had finally found it. I got home to try it on and my daughters told me that the jacket did not look new. There were absolutely no tags on it, some of the zippers were open and the inside sleeve linings were stretched beyond. The jacket on the window model had Steve Madden tags on it, yet mine had nothing. I definitely believe my new jacket was somehow replaced by someone, possibly an employee.....who else!! When I took jacket back for full refund, Supervisor and girl who assisted me could not figure out how to put money back in my bank account. They kept whispering to themselves and the last I heard, they had to override, whatever that means. This took another 20/25 minutes. I had ordered this jacket to use for an out of state trip this coming weekend. Not a happy camper!!
