Don't waste your time, money, or patience. It's overpriced, low quality products sold by classic, rude employees.

The sales staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my whole family (including the toddler) while my teenager tried on clothes. They even looked for a lost Disney princess necklace in the dressing room after we left. They seem to truly care about their customers, making the experience more welcoming than the stereotypical trendy clothing shop. And, we found some clothes that our teenager totally loved for her birthday present.

Amazing service as always. They were able to suggest what fit the best and track down all the right sizes for me to try on. Great selection, awesome store!

Never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service in my life, and I work in retail myself! I can't say I've ever had a good experience with Buckle in the first place, but tonight was truly ridiculous. Went in to return something tonight and immediately was treated like crap by the look on the manager/assistant manager's face. She kept trying to insist that I wore the shirt and that it was probably on the floor of my room and that my cat got all over it... Hmm, funny because last time I checked, I've never had a cat? She basically tried to make up some lame story that wasn't at all what I said. She mocked me the whole time, gave me a snotty attitude and called me "sweetie" in a derogatory way like 10 times throughout our conversation... Excuse me, I am maybe within five years of age difference of you. Treat me like the adult I am. So childish and rude, I was absolutely baffled. She shoved my money back at me so reluctantly and smirked at me as I left the store, and I left for good. Peace out Buckle, I will NEVER spend my money with you ever again, you guys truly are terrible. So so so glad to work for a different retail company who truly cares about their customers and proud of myself for always treating people with class and respect no matter the situation. You can bet I'll be letting all of my friends know, too, I don't want them to ever have to experience something like I did.
