Drove 45 minutes to buy my daughter a formal dress, found the perfect one! Drove 45 minutes home to find that the ink filled security device is still attached to the $200 dess! Called the store and talked to Amy (manager) she suggested that I not take it off myself. Drove 45 minutes back and asked for Amy and she had left half hour early. I had told her I didn't want to deal with the sales people and she assured me that she would be there till 5. So no Amy, in fact no manager available at all. Sales clerk said sorry but  this was not done intentionally. Then acted like it was no big deal!! It only takes a second!!! She acted like I was over reacting!!! I Drove an hour and a half to get this stupid thing removed!!! It was a big deal!!! This was a huge inconvenience to me! Not to mention the diesel I had to use to get there and back😡!!! I'm very angry about the way this was handled! They cost me time and money!!!

Was just at the jewelry counter. Two customers, two clerks.  When the one clerk was finished with her customer, she went over to the one being helped.  Walked by me, looked at me, never said I will be with you in a minute, never said anything. Acted like I wasn't even standing there. Even when I loudly told my husband that I must not look like a customer, neither clerk said a word , they just looked up at me. Worst customer service ever. I'm glad this store is going so well that they do not have to treat all customers like they are glad we are there.  Merry Christmas, your jewelry clerks are the worst!

Don't ever loose your receipt or you will not be able to exchange, even if it's the same exact item.
