JCPenney, I just wanted to say thank you so much for supplying the men’s restroom with a changing table! My fiancé and I needed to change our infant son and the women’s was too far. You guys are awesome for being so versatile!!!

Allyson from JC Penny makes the holidays bright. I needed new jeans and she took care of my partner and I who were busy for work, and returned our jacket for us so we could skip standing in line at the other part of the store. She was warm and kind and her customer service was superb. Thanks again, Allyson. Happy Holidays!

I have to say this I went to the salon in the Eugeun jcpenny. All I wanted is my bangs cut and a simple trim. I don't remember who cut my hair but she made my hair so uneven. Then when she did my bangs all she did was cut a hole peace of my hair off In front It doesn't even look like bangs. I can say my hair looks worse than when I went in. I didn't say anything because she was being rude for my hair having split ends and I didn't what her to touch my hair anymore. I'm sorry I didn't what to wright this but I payed 30$ to have this and now I'm going to have to go spend more money to get this fixed.

There is always an employee nearby to talk to, but they do not actively engage you on a regular basis. Their service quality is sporadic, but it's impeccable when you are able to get someone helpful. Their clearance sections are oftentimes still marked up pretty high, but there are good deals if you're willing to spend the time searching.
