Fairly consistent in terms of service; the manager is amazing and will always get you more than you thought you needed! If she isn't there it is different, unfortunately. Look for Kayla if you want the best service!
Got my boyfriend the perfect outfit for my brother's wedding! It's a little expensive but he loves the pants because they actually had his size, and they're stretchy too. Wish they would have had the cologne in stock that we liked out of the testers they had at the counter though! LADIES: THEY CARRY FLARE LEG JEANS! Not just the mock-flare bootcut, but actual flares!! Going there on my next payday to get some good jeans!
Favorite place to shop for jeans cause they carry a cut that will fit your body. Same with shirts. I've got a long torso and the commissioned sales team here is more than willing to help. Only problem I've got is I spend 20 mins in here for about 300 dollars. You will look good, and you'll pay for it.
Excellent selection of trendy attire. The associates were knowledgeable, and helpful with out being too in your face. Especially Rachel. She had a good eye, and great suggestions.
An employee snapped at me when I played the buckle challenge. Maybe the game is annoying, but after how rude she was, I will never shop here again. So much for your great customer service.
1st time I ever came here I was completely blowed off by some of the help. Gave it a second chance and have not been disappointed since. Guys are than happy to help you find some new stuff and make you feel good while you do it.
Not really friendly?I'm never shopped there again. I was there yesterday, and the lady was really rude to me, and she g me like I was not belonging and not store someone needs to take care of that situation
Never really cared for buckle ,not that there's anything wrong with it but man oh man the prices on them jeans wow ! Love the Undies tho
Helpful staff, I dont look like the typical buckle customer and they are always helpful. Willing to look up something and order it if it is not in stock
