Good service! Would like to see moe inventory in girls size 2.5. I did get good service and sales associate even offered to measured my daughter's foot for accurate size, and luckily for that it saved me both time and money as she was actually a size 2.5 and I was going to buy her a size 2. It turns out that she had a growth spurt and also needed a size up in clothing which I would not have had her try on her clothing had it not been determined prior that she had a huge growth spurt in height also. Thank you shoe Carnival for great service and a reason to have her try on a new size clothing therefore saving us a return trip to the mall to exchange all the clothing for a larger size. Im coming back today to update more of the color of shoes she will need for school!

Horrible service - size 10 in women's its so high on the shelf you cant see what is in the boxes.  Mentioned it to Lea and she could care less.  Lost a bigger sale and any future sales from me.  Rude with an attitude!
