If 0 stars were available, I'd give 0. I went into the store in August and paid my account in FULL. They have continued to take money out of my bank account, without my authorization, when I owe them NOTHING. In the past 3 weeks they have taken $650!!! I have called the customer service line countless times, no one has ever returned my calls. I am BEYOND frustrated and ready to take further steps against this horrible company. I am a single mother who has children to provide for, and Buddy's has been taking money out of mine and my children's pockets for no reason. The sales associate that I dealt with when I paid my account in full was extremely rude. I want to say her name is Brady, but I cannot be 100% - my receipt is at home. And when I got my furniture I was told EVERYTHING would be BRAND NEW. The tables (coffee table and 2 side tables) came with scratches on the legs, I didn't have time to deal with exchanging them so I just used a furniture marker and marked over the scratches. They weren't super bad but enough to be noticeable. I paid $1100 for used tables, terrible customer service and now they continue taking more money that is NOT THEIRS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! FOR ANYTHING!!! They will continue to take money after you have paid them in full and refuse to contact you back about it!!! I got a new debit card and am in the process of changing my bank account over so that they can no longer take advantage of me - now I'm just hoping that I can get my $650 back!!!

They said that they where going to deliver the frontier but they did not what to so they waited tell the last minute and called and said that they can't deliver it and they said that the frontier I got was new but the leg broke off in just 2 weeks.

I would never get another piece of furniture from them I was two days late on a payment and they were totally disrespectful and said they would hv to come pick up the stove but when I make my payment in 2 more days they would bring it bk what the point in taking it...I didn't feel like a valued customer
