Absolute zero stars. What a waste of 2 months of my life. Saw mattress on line. Went into store to order (from NB). Wrong mattress ordered and delivered. (After several times of telling them size needed). Ordered another and nothing quite close to dog bed status showed up after driving to Seguin again. Will never waste my time with this store again. The Sears name just too a huge downfall to me and my family, friends and neighbors.

Went there with a bad tire and the salesman was not interested in helping he said they dont fix tires and that ordering the right tire was a long drawn out internet process so he advised me he could give me a phone number if a subcontractor but that he travels store to store and he had no knowledge of when he was coming or what it would cost

Really feel bad for people who order a hundred dollar mattress on line then rip store for it , also there are over six million parts we handle , even if they were just a dime a piece it would be over $600,000 in parts and I guarantee her not a dime each . And what a blessing to have a small store in a small comunity that handles appliances and tools and lawn and garden . With people that really care about us .

Very small local Sears than compared to mall location.  Mainly large items sold like appliances and lawn mowers.  Some tools but not a wide variety.

Very welcoming.  Manager (Melinda Doege) was very knowledgeable of all products and made my shopping experience enjoyable.  I will be returning soon for my washer and dryer!  (Melinda is the one in the middle in this picture I've included.)
