Great burger. They rival 5guys. Fresh lettuce and fresh tomatoes. They have 3 televisions for all angles of you sit and eat. The fries are a huge portion for regular and large. They have other things to eatbut i didn't want to pig out.

I was at the Media Food Festival and I saw this place. My boys decided to eat lunch here. The food was really good. Nice, clean place with excellent customer service. We will definitely come back soon!

Went in at lunch time , cashier was taking a phone order. 2 members of the staff just stood and watched him. No one offered to help him or offered to take our order. Wasn't asked how I want the burger cooked. The food was overdone to my liking. Not going back.

Definitely one of my favorite places to get a burger around Media, the fries and milkshakes are of good quality too. The burgers are really quite tasty the ingredients are of good quality I would gladly give a 5 star review if they fixed their lid situation... (The lids to the cups for their fountain drinks and milkshakes don't fit together which can be really quite annoying for take out)

Was overcharged. Went to get my money back from the other charges and they told me to call my bank. Called the bank and I was told to go back and have them refund me. Had to go back again to get the money they owed me only to be told to come back on a Monday when the owner was in. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Lost a customer for life.
