Don't bother unless you have a hair blood and stool sample it would be easier to buy one.

Worst service ever.   Friends confirmed reservation twice the day of the rental, and when they got there,  they didn't have the car, then tried upgrading and adding on a $500 deposit.  When they called customer service from outside, they locked the doors and left.  Wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy to go here. Service agent was rude and told them that other people were waiting and they needed to help them.
