These guys are awesome! Always so friendly and helpful. This is the type of location where the attendants stop whatever they are doing in order to help a customer. They got me in a good car at reasonable rates (even if I am classified as a young driver) and explained all of my options. Especially when it comes to the insurance. Customers can easily overpay with a third party, but they explained all of the options when choosing insurance. That made me feel really confident about my decisions. I have been to other enterprise locations outside of Utah (some are total train-wrecks) but these guys in Cedar City know what they are doing.

Such wonderful people!! This was my first time renting and they were so helpful! I had so many questions (probably dumb ones) and they were reassuring! Customer service was great! Wade and Kyle were the ones who helped me I believe! I got off a box of pizzas they were all so awesome! Everyone there deserves a raise! Especially working the Holiday season!

I rented a car from this place because my insurance sent me here and it was an okay experience. I called them today to rent a car from them again and a girl answered, I told her what I needed and she told me she would place me on hold, never told me she was sending me somewhere else to make reservation, this machine started asking me questions, I hung up. Very bad customer service. I called her again, asked her why she placed me on hold, she said that I needed to make the reservation over the phone with someone else, which is their corporate phone line. I hung up. I called the St. George office, guess what? they kept me on the phone and made reservation with them in five minutes. I will drive 50 miles and spend more money but I will never rent from these guys in Cedar. Very bad customer service.

Great service. We broke down on the freeway just 15 minutes before Enterprise office closes. They sent a driver and car and I was checked out and back at my broke down car even before the tow truck arrived. With the help of the rental car, we made it a little late for a pre-wedding dinner and for all of the festivities the next day. Great service, great price and pleasant staff! Saved us! Thanks enterprise!
