The Budget staff members at this location were courteous, efficient and professional.  They were able to provide additional information we requested.  They had the car we requested prepared for us and the paperwork ready.  The pick-up and drop-off process was easy and the staff very friendly and polite.  We arrived at 7:50 for an 8:00 drop-off and they were open before business hours and had additional staff ready for the 5 customers that showed up prior to the business opening time.  We were in and out in a flash.  The price was excellent and I was able to complete the order online.  Very easy! We will definitely use Budget at this location for another car rental we have planned in the future.

I have always loved renting from Budget, but switched to a different car rental company about 3 years ago.  I switched back to Budget about a year ago after learning of the management and staffing change at this location.  The service is so much better now, and as long as they keep it up, I'm back to stay!  I always find the cheapest rates through Budget, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that AARP gets a discounted rate.  The vehicles are of good quality and I haven't had any issues with them.

Walked in, walked out. Great service. Representative treated me like a friend, not a customer. Called me by my name. Came out and verified toll tag was in the off mode. Made sure I was satisfied with car and showed me a few extras and how to use them.
