At first I had made a reservation with Westheimer location, and then the next day, I called to confirm they said they changed to other location where my body shop is near, but it's not right, the BMW body shop where my car at is on I10, and they think they smart, they changed me to BMW on I59. But it's ok, I drove to I59 to pick up my the rental car, and then they said they did not have the car, so I wasted my 1/2 at work for nothing, and then Ive contacted them and they changed me to I610 westloop location. They gave me the car that not completed inspection, there was some issues under the car. Totally unsatisfied.

I had the best service ever. They didn't ask for my life story to rent a car. All they asked for was my DL, prove of insurance and a debit card. Friendly staff all the way, and I have nothing bad to say about them.

I love this car rental location! Always easy and quick! Very little needed and very low deposit! Everyone is always friendly!!!!

The customer service there is stellar. The staff gets you in and takes care of you quickly. It literally only took my insurance, drivers license, and debit card. The deposit was a mere $50. I will be returning again, when and if ever I need a rental car.
