I have faced the worst customer service at this location I picked the car. He is a Mexican guy, during the return of car, he made me regret of taking the car from this location. I was exactly at time and he was like, he shut down the system, I have to come back later to drop the car with extra charges. Hell of a recklessness towards me. I am completely dissatisfied with his service. I would never recommend anyone to this location. 

I wouldn't give at least one star if I had not to give any review.

What a scam! I had my reservation made months ago cancelled by Budget the afternoon before I was to pick up my rental. The only reason I was given for the cancellation was we do not have any cars available for your pickup time tomorrow. Calling their 1-800 hotline only resulted in an offer for the same car at double the price. I thought no cars were available at that time Budget?
