Good Service from some friendly employees, but have a major issue with having a selection of cars to choose from. Their prices are also good and they work with you in many ways to meet your satisfaction.

Worst customer service ever. They gave me my rental an hour late it was a dirty car that broke down on the middle of my trip. I requested roadside they sent AAA which didnt know it was a rental and asked for my own AAA membership to top it off the battery was dead and they asked me to buy a new battery with my own credit card with the possibility of a refund ( I had to provide proof that the battery needed to be replaced) they sent me to exchange the broken vehicle to the airport and gave me an ugly van! NEVER USING HERTZ AGAIN

Not a 24/7 location. Called the number and it goes to a hot line of bullshit offers.
