Just got done with a hassle of a car rental. I use budget for my work all the time in Las Vegas and have never been treated as rudely as I was today. The lady I worked with at first would not give me my discount, I had to contact my Budget Car Rental service in Las Vegas to call this Budget to make sure they ha ndled my reservation properly. I will not ne using this location again simply becuase their lack of customer service.

I have never before found such a rude and unaccommodating representative in my life.  I do not recommend renting here.  When we picked up the car there was a half full beer bottle in the back, really?  Then we realized that the brake and tail lights did not work.  The final straw was when we had a flat tire and the sales person (owner operator?) was rude and told us to drive it to her flat but would not assume liability.  She was very rude to my wife.   I hope no one else has to receive this type of crappy service.  Don't rent here. Budget and Avis would do well to remove these private owners from their name brand.  I will be writing to the corporate office.

I typically use this location at least once a month.  I have always been very satisfied.  The only criticism I would have is with the location and the size of the lot, it can be troublesome returning a car.  I rent at least 2 - 3 times per month around the country and this location is very good to deal with and very accommodating.

Their auto extend service through the phone is always unable to extend your rental and then instructs you to contact the actual location. Would be fine, however I've been trying to get a hold of them for about 45 mins now and still no answer.

For the most part my experience was okay but travelers depend on the Agent to be forthcoming with instructions on car features. I also expected to be able to get a map of the local area since I was not from there and was told they no longer provided them. I could get a Seattle map if I wanted. The Agent seemed rather frazzled and stressed. I got there when they opened on Sunday to pick up my car and was patient, not being in a hurry. Returning the car I arrived earlier than the stated return time to make sure I had enough time. The car, itself, was brand new and very nice. It had one of those back-up cameras which I didn't realize until I was in a tight spot. The Agent did not alert me to the features of the car, how to turn on the lights, etc. I never did figure out how to change the radio from AM to FM.
