I purchased my rouge in 2016 from Virgil and I have been taking it to the dealership for maintenance ever since. More recently we purchased is 2012 Xterra with the assistance of Cheri. Cheri and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we left that day satisfied with our purchase. In the nearly three years that I have been coming to this service center and the two car purchases I have made at the dealership I have not had a single bad experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone considering a new or used vehicle. Great staff, great selection, great service center!

Advantage Nissan has been so great to our family. We initially bought our SUV from them back in 2016, and it was by far the best car shopping experience we have had. We had such a bad experience at another dealership and we were really dreading being treated the same way, but this was a 180 experience. We had the pleasure of working with Shaun, and he was just incredible. He was very patient with us, wasn't pushy at at all, and didn't judge or dismiss us when we told him where we would like to be realistically. He was very honest with us and let us browse on our own from time to time so as to not hover. Shaun was able to get us into a bigger car for our growing family within our budget, which was such a relief. This process was really enjoyable. From Shaun with such great customer service, to Brad the finance manager, and really just everyone in the building.

Fast forward to today and we needed to take the car in for regular maintenance and had Patrick as our service advisor. He was really great and didn't dismiss any of my concerns. He checked in with me and let me know how everything looked, and even took me out to the car to assure me that everything was in working order.

If we ever need another car, I will not hesitate to come back. The team here is AMAZING.

Thanks to service advisor, Sarah R., for her help with our first Routine Maintenance appointment at Advantage Nissan for our Nissan LEAF. Sarah was patient with our questions and clearly explained our warranty.  Thanks again Sarah, Advantage Nissan has a great employee in you. We will see you in 6 months.

Had an oil change and the service was seriously the best we will be back every time for all of our needs. It was in and out on time and they took good care of our car.
