Reviews

This is my second time renting from this location. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have seen bad reviews about this location (and Budget in general) BUT I honestly have no complaints at all. I worked in the hospitality business for 25 years and I know for a fact that competitors are largely responsible for negative reviews posted to a business- especially one that has been widely successful like Budget has.  With that said, When things go well I tend to repeat it . . . I will definitely use them again.

I have used this Budget location several times over the past 8 years when I visit from Florida and I've always had the best customer service.  The location is excellent, close to downtown Nashua.  I received a free upgrade last week without even asking for one, because the agent bothered to ask how many passengers and pieces of luggage I had.  It was a swift and efficient check-in process which probably took six or seven minutes in total.  I had taken my morning run to pick up the car, and the agent offered me a bottle of water as soon as I walked in the door. I'm very pleased to have this Budget office there on East Hollis.

Mike and his staff were great. I needed a rental in a pinch and he was able to provide great service with the quick response time. Mike picked me up and brought me back to his office, rented me a brand new Honda CRV,   With very low mileage, extremely clean like brand new. He was able to give me a discount code that save me about $20 per day. Budget will now be my go to car rental provider for work and for pleasure.

This was by far the easiest rental car experience I've ever had. Mike at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable and had us in the rental car in no time! Making an appointment was easy, drop off was easy, the fares were transparent, and Mike had all the paperwork ready and waiting for us based on our prior phone call. I would definitely go back!

Pretty great. Reps were all very pleasant, helpful and courteous. We picked up and dropped off at the East Hollis Street location. I was happily surprised when we dropped the car off we were driven back to our hotel in the same car we rented...so did not need to unpack the car and take an Uber to the hotel. This saved us a lot of time and headache. Also, the prices for the rental were pretty good. Less than comparable rental companies. And the car we got was great. Very new -- less than 400 miles total on the mileage counter. Very clean as well. I would definitely rent from Budget again.
