Fast help at the desk. No drama. Use them regularly. great price. If you want a smaller car and not an SUV, be sure to ask. In the past I got a larger car than what I asked for, such as an SUV. A lot of people would like that, but they use more gas and I like driving smaller cars, especially if it is a vehicle I've never driven before. But to some people this could be a plus.

Rented here many times always good service and friendly people working there and as always will pick you up and drop you off which is great for a neighborhood location

The car rental experience was easy with no problems The issues I had were with the 800 number. Called two to three weeks before rental looking for weekend rate. The person (female) told me at three different locations no cars were available for that particular weekend. I went to the dealership, rented the car without an issue. So basically she lied to me. Next issue. Returned car on Sunday night . More than a week had gone by and I hadn't seen the charge on my credit card. Went to dealership again to find out the car was rented out again and my account was never closed. HOW did that happen.
