Their cars are a little older, some with over 50k Miles. The service was good and they billed my insurance company. They held $50 on my card and it went back fairly quick after I returned the car. There was some confusion on what cars they allowed within a vehicle class according to what the insurance allowed. My car wasn’t competed and I had to return the rental because Enterprise wasn’t able to secure the remaining days with the insurance company. I just wish the line of communication was a little better between Enterprise, the insurance and the body shop. I understand they’re busy but with the amount of employees, I felt like these details could’ve been addressed more efficiently.

The car was clean and the service was good. They were a little pushy when selling their extra protection plans. They were able to get us a nice comfortable car after Hertz was an epic fail. Their pricing was a little on the high side but we were in desperate state and appreciated having a car last minute. I will likely try them again with advance booking when their prices are more reasonable.

Worst car rental. Terrible service and they put a 500 hundred hold on your card and you have to play games to get that money back....still have not got my money back its been a week since they said they would handle it. I would not recommend to anyone. Find a different enterprise or different renter.

Agree with others comment that they are pushy with insurance pitch. I was told I should definitely carry daily insurance even though I had my own. With the dealship paying for the rental during my repair i assumed they would cover this cost too so why not. Well they dont...my fault for not reading the size 4 font. Enterprise knows this and think this is a very misleading sleazy practice. Now i am on the hook for almost 400 dollars. You should train your employees on ethical sales pitches and disclose this fact.

The car was clean and a pleasure to drive. They were late getting my car to me. They were not interested in sharing the paperwork with me. To be fair i did not make the rental myself as it was done through the insurance company of the women who hit my car
